On Sunday, Chris and Carter hiked around Jordan Pond to South Bubble Mountain where they found Bubble Rock! Bubble Rock is a huge boulder that was moved to this cliff edge by ancient glaciers. They hiked up to the summit of South Bubble which led to picturesque views of Jordan Pond.
In May, we headed up to Haines Falls, New York and camped at North-South Lake Campground. It’s only about an hour north of us so we were able to leave after Carter’s tee -ball game on Saturday and still get there with plenty of time to enjoy the day!
Carter, who was in kindergarten, had a few extra days off from school around Columbus Day, so it was the perfect time for a fall camping trip. We headed down to Greenbrier State Park in Maryland for a few days. In September 2015, we took our first family camping trip to Lake George. We stayed at the Adirondack Camping Village, which is a family owned campground and we absolutely love it there!
